Where Oceans Stop and Touch the Sky

I've seen where many heroes lie

Where oceans stop and touch the sky

My feet have walked the distant lands

And worn and callused are my hands

I know which plants are good or cruel

Which beasts are wise or daft or fools

My mouth has spoken many tongues

I've met men famed and men unsung

And yet I still have not home

My fate is to forever roam

Through forests, mounts and valleys deep

My eyes may rest, my soul won't sleep

So 'pon a path I'll draw my last

For trav'ler's feet do not slow fast

But after that a road anew

Shall open up with burdens few

And though my lungs shall draw no breath

For me there never be a death
